Shipping policy

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control. Whilst we make every effort to ensure prompt shipment of all orders, Cheapskate cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs processing, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Cheapskate is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses supplied by the customer.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may be imposed by the destination country.
